 Gonna add sprint days to my workout routine. 4 sets of sprinting to about failure (80-95%) as recommended by mr. Janus of the angion method. It's a great way to make some leg gains without having to squat as often in the gym.

My latest approach to self help matters. If you are like me, and feel absolutely horrible feelings of anxiety and dread when you even watch some sort of PUA related video about meeting women at bars and clubs, then I would recommend going to God. Pray for greater insight, pray for better opportunities. When things feel hopeless, watch a sermon, read the bible, or pray. Do something related to biblical study and or worship. Secular advice becomes more useless and counter productive every day. Know that God has the power to help, ask him for it, and from there work toward goals and small victories. Lets try to stay more positive gang,  God bless
