Feeling energy


The secret to feeling energy is cutting out stimulants (caffeine), and CARBING THE FUCK UP. Try drinking a good amount of water, feasting on half a watermelon (or other kind of melon, or other fruit), and then do something you love about 20-40 minutes later. I've found that carbing up before reading is pushing my reading limits beyond what they once were. Many creative/active people like to take the short cut, which is loading up on caffeine all day. Learn to run on ENERGY (carbs) not taxing yourself with fake energy (stims). Remember
